hardware/software question-

Hey-Don't know how to phrase this well. My bandmate uses an M-box (mac) and I use an 002r (mac). He wants to bring his computer to our practice space and record using my 002r. Will his computer's version of PTLE work with my 002r? Are the programs the same?

They should, unless your buddy is using an earlier version of PT that doesn't yet support the Digi002 (?). If your both using 6.4 or 6.7, your answer is yes... I've very recently done this.

Eric is right. Ive done it with a Powerbook.

Just verify your hardware settings.

He needs firewire for the 002r. All else should be fine.
