Default "automatically find and relink"

I keep getting this message, "automatically find and relink" every time I open certain song files... and I know it happened after I moved the audio files for these songs to my dedicated audio drive. Could someone please help me find a way to get this message to quit popping up every time I open these songs?? Thanks

Select All Unused (Audio Files), Clear selected. You won't see the message again.

OK... I'm not sure if you really understand my problem, so I'll try to explain it again. I recently purchased a dedicated hard drive for audio. Now, I know how to save audio to it, when I open a new project, I just tell it where to go... My problem is the projects I made before the dedicated drive. First of all, I manually moved all those files from the Mac HD, to the Audio drive, now I always get 'the missing files' message. Also, the old project always want to save the audio back to the Mac HD. How do I tell those projects where to save??

There is a setting called Disc Allocation, under Hardware Settings. That allows you to specify the target location of each track's recorded files. Make sure all tracks point to the Audio Drive, and that each new track points there also. If you are launching your session from the audio drive, each new track should see it as the target automatically. It sounds like you have some of your tracks pointing to the other HD. Are you saving your session to the Audio Drive also? You should be....

ya, like I said all my new sessions are being saved to the audio drive, but my old ones (pre-audio drive) still point to the computers HD. Can you tell me how to change that?
