essential loops is missing

i am totally new to this , so its no surprise something is wrong, so i installed mp9 .. i put the loops and sounds disk in, it didnt do anything. when i go the window,workspace,search for essential loops they are not there,,, im sorry if i am too much a newbie to be on here,,, thanks
