Digi 003 48V Phantom Power don't working

I purchased a new Digi 003 before 1 months, and today, first time, I try to recording with condenser mic...
Mic ins on my Digi 003 don't working ???
Maybe 48V phantom power don't working?

All analog in/out, and all ADAT in/out working fine.


Help me, please

Yes, I turn on phantom power button.
I try everything:
Line in/out - working
ADAT in/out - working
Dinamic mic (Shure) on mic ins - working
Only Condenser mics don't working. I try C-414, C-3000, U-87, Rode ...
Definitely - Phantom power on my new Digi 003 don't working.

I had to ask that, not every one knows theres a phantom power button

I would get a hold of Digi customer service next then.

Double check the mic cord. Sometimes a bad mic cord works with a dynamic, but dosen't pass phantom.

Problem with 48V phantom power on my digi 003 is solved !

I try to explain with my bad English :


I went to my dealers service.

Cable for 48V phantom power inside of Digi003 would not be connected on connector !!!



Now, cable is connected.


All in/out are working fine !!!

Glad you got it fixed. The problem you had is exactly what I was going to explain. Several 003's left the factory with a wire bundle tied off too tightly and a connector would unplug itself. All 003 owners should tuck this bit of info away just in case.
