PSA: Softube's latest update 2.4.62 breaks AAX DSP for several plugins

If you are an HDX user and own Softube AAX DSP Plugins do not update your Softube plugins!

I updated to the latest version 2.4.62 from the previous version 2.4.58 and received an AAE Error as soon as I tried opening a session with Softube DSP plugins. It doesn't appear to be intentional on their part, they are still available in the DSP plugin list, they just don't work. It comes up as an AAE -14141 error and it affects roughly half of their AAX DSP plugins. If anyone knows where to find a previous Softube installer please let me know. I notified Softube support so hopefully they get a fix out for this ASAP.

Affected plugins are:
FET Compressor
Summit (ALL)
Bass Amp Room
Vintage Amp Room
Fix Doubler
Saturation Knob
Trident A-Range
Tube Delay

Hey Bob; If by new version you mean 2.4.63 or 2.4.64 those aren’t actually new versions. Unfortunately I wasn’t really precise with the version number in the OP, each plugin apparently has slightly different version numbers, all between 2.4.62 to 2.4.64. I just checked my Softube account and all the versions are still the same as have this HDX issue.

Cool I’ll have to see if that fixes this problem. Unfortunately I’m on vacation for the next week plus so I won’t be able to check the HDX rig until then.
