Default Scroll Wheel Crash

Hey everyone,

So, we just upgraded to Pro Tools HD 10.1.0 and whenever we use the scroll wheel on our mouse to vertically scroll, we get an error message something along the lines of "CPU busy doing other things or an issue with the sync. Try raising the buffer settings." We only get this message continuously when we use the scroll wheel. We have one core free for apple processes and the like, and the buffer setting is maxed out. Any ideas?

Thanks

Default Re: Scroll Wheel Crash

Try running half your available cores -1 and see if that helps.
(And don't forget to trash prefs and repair permissions if you haven't already)
