Same story here, Pro Tools 12 No Charge UG for Students with upgrade plan expiring 16th december, most recent installer is 12.4

You can both find your Annual Upgrade Plan for Pro Tools in the Products Not Yet Downloaded section of my.avid.com. Click Activate Product and follow the prompts to complete it.
