Default PT on dual monitors on Windows

I've recently started using Pro Tools on two monitors on Windows, by dragging the parent windows across the two screens. But, when I close Pro Tools, the screen setup doesn't get saved. The whole windows moves a couple of inches to the right every time I open PT again. I've tried closing with Alt+F4, exiting via the menu, right clicking the top bar and exiting. Anyone seen this before?
Thanks!

Hmm, its been fine here for many years and many versions(and a few different graphics cards) so I'm a bit confused. Maybe start by updating your graphics card driver(and maybe tell us what the graphics card is). Then drag the PT main window out to fill the 2 screens>place your MIX and EDIT windows as you like, hit alt-F4 and save. If that still doesn't come back up like you left it, look into Bob Nagy's Skooch utility(many on the DUC swear by it)

It works fine for me. It's been so many years that I don't remember that I did anything special to make it work. But at least you know it can be made to work. I'm on Win7 64-bit.

Thanks guys, tried again now with your exact steps, and the whole windows across two screens is still a couple of inches moved to the right when I open it again. I have a NVIDIA 970 which is updated, and Windows 10. I had it working a couple of years ago, though on a different computer.
