Transfer Ownership?
I'm about to sell my Eucon / Avid Artist Mix, I can't find any information on how to transfer ownership to another person. Mainly so they can download the avid drivers and eucontrol software.
Does anyone know how to do this or if it's even possible? Many thanks!

We didnt do any TOO when we sold our 4 artist series units. Dont think it is needed as the new owner can access the Eucon by themselvds.
I will check this for you though.

If it's out of warranty, there's no need. They can just log into their Avid account (make one if not) and all the software is available in the download Center. Or they could download the Control App and register that, so it appears in their account.
