Default MB Pro & 10 advice

So I'm wanting to grab a MB Pro to run the majority of the time that I'm having to work from home. My Windows machine is perfectly powerful enough, but the fluditiy behind Windows just really isn't there, any slight issue that Pro Tools has and Windows takes it out on you in style.. so yeah I'm just after some advice really.

For those wondering, my windows machine spec is the following:

Quote:
W7 Ultimate 64bit
256GB SSD
16GB DDR3
i7 2700k quad (8 in total including the virtual cores) overclocked to 4.8Ghz

I'm running PT 10. Generally my sessions are pretty heavy as I work in radio production, so I'm typically 'composing' audio day in day out with a lot of heavy plug-ins. Really I'd love to head towards the 13" model as it would be great for use during transport compared to a 15.4" model that is going to take up space. However.. the 13" models only come with dual-core i5 processors clocked at 2.6Ghz, admittedly you can upgrade it to 2.8 i7 processor (which I probably would) however its still locked down to dual-core which slightly worries me. Am I being stupid thinking that I'm not going to have enough power with todays processors?
