Audio tracks order for tv...

Hello

Just want to ask about order of the track when deliver audio for TV.
Imagine that we have to deliver stereo, & 5.1...
So how it works?
Could You give some links? www?

1-2 = stereo
3-8 = 5.1
?

The audio track should be then "multi wav"?

How the viewer selects the audio from the remote control?
with and without translation, stereo, 5.1 etc

How the studios/engineer deliver the audio?

Sorry for stupid question maybe...
