Hello. Yes...kind of...not fully...but yes. The current ASIO driver allows you to use your Digidesign hardware with any ASIO compatible software, such as Nuendo. There are two major bugs with this Beta release of the driver however. It disables MIDI and it disables the Wave Driver. So, yes, you can use Nuendo with the Digi 001 hardware, but you can't do MIDI with the Digi 001 and Nuendo. You need a separate MIDI interface for that.
