2019_10...more video issues

2019-10, randomly plays back a loop of the video or totally looses sync (plays the wrong video segment). Taking the video off line and putting it back on, seems to correct the problem.
Mac 5,1, 96 gigs ram, OS Sierra, Pro_Res Proxy, fully resolved,
