Default noobie question

Hey all, heres a really simple question. How to i get the "plating time bar/line" to follow the "timeline" When my "playing line" goes off screen my time line does not follow....hope that makes sense. Also how do you choose what "jumping" forward option are on offer. ie jump to mark, jump to curser ect

thanks all.

I have just made the switch from fairlight to pro tools and it's a little bit of a head @$#%

cheers

I am not clear on your question but, here's some info that may help. Under the options menu, you can set scrolling to PAGE. With Tab to Transient OFF, tabbing will move you to the end of the region, or to the next region border. With Tan to Transient ON, highlighting on any track(in the edit window for all this), each time you hit the TAB key, the cursor will move to the next transient(leading edge). Sometimes I think its easier to learn from scratch, than it is to learn a new program once you have used anything else.
