Komplete 7 not showing in pro tools 12

Hi

I've recently just upgraded my pro tools from 8 to 12 and was wondering how i install a Komplete7 package that i've had for a few years into pro tools 12. When i create an instrument track and select multichannel plug in (instrument), I cannot see Kontact 4 and other instruments?

As PT11/12 uses only AAX64 bit plugin versions you have to check if the Komplete 7 bundle have the AAX64 bit option.

You can check here as I am afraid that you need to upgrade to K9 or now K10 to get the NI plugins into PT12, I can be wrong but as far as I see the versions of the NI VI looks like the KU9 versions we have in our account (We bought KU9)

Also login to your NI account and see if the versions in your K7 have the right versions for AAX64 bit.

I do know you need Kontakt5 and up to work in PT12 and PT11 so maybe the K7 bundle is out of date and needs to be upgraded to the latest version. It will cost though.
