10.2 upgrade & Eleven interface missing

Hello, I have a couple of issues regarding the following Avid Eleven 10.1 / Windows 7 servicee pack 1 64 bit 4 megs ram. My avid 10.1 software states there is a upgrade to 10.2 but after going to the download page I noticed it's a full install, and not a simple patch. I just purchased the Avid Eleven bundle a couple of month ago and have yet to go through any updates after doing all the installs. The other issue is my Eleven interface from within Protools has disappeared -- poof. Any ideas on either of these situations would be appericated.

I assumed too much. No, I wanted to check on this forum to see what others had encountered. With the size of the install I figured a de-install would be in order. This would make it the strangest patch I've ever done. The other point is everything is working great, including Superior Drummer 2.0 working as an add-in. Thx for the pointer

well if you have not done so, go ahead and update to 10.2

10.2 is a full installer, so uninstall your previous version. when you do the upgrade it will reinstall all the eleven elements so you will be fine.
