good service
During mixes this week the left side monitor on our C24 started going out, low hum would appear on dead side and when I soloed, the remainder of the mix appeared on the dead side at a very low level. Powering up again made it work, it happened several times.
I called tech support and new C24 was delivered twenty hours later under warranty. Thanks to Digidesign Tech Support

Same problem here Ron. Same great SERVICE!!!!
I have friends who have bought musical products from Major manufacturers...still under warranty - they have to pay for shipping to get their product serviced and they usually will be lucky to have their product back in 2-3 weeks fixed. Digidesign definitely has their ducks in a row as far as SERVICE goes! |

Hope I have the same luck. I got a Control 24 yesterday and the main monitor outs are not working. Spoke for a long time with tech support and we found no answers. The aux outs work so I am using it like that for the moment. Headphone outs work but not the monitors of the the D-sub. I started having night sweats last night thinking that getting a fixed one will take forever and be a nightmare. Hopefully from these posts it will be neither.

Swapped for another C24 today(!!) and it works. Pretty fast service allright.
