Default Will I get help too?

I am in the market for a used C24 and am concerned about repairs similar to the one posted here. Will the warranty transfer? Will I get help if I'm not the original owner?
Please drop me a line.

It is my understanding that TECH SUPPORT will transfer with whatever time is left on the warranty.
call 800.333.2137 and they will verify and explain. I guess it would make sense to buy one that already has had problems rectified with a new unit and has plenty of warranty left so you could still get the warranty tech service over the phone.
Check it out.

If you purchase a used Control|24, the warranty does not transfer to you from the original owner.

And the correct phone number for Tech Support is actually 650-731-6100.
