not sure if this will help anyone but i did find some of my cores parked

see what i mean .I not exactly sure how it affect us but i think my rig ran better after i un-parked those darn things.Good luck hope yours runs better.
I don't ever see Avid talk about it.They maybe should put it on their optimization pages.I don't know much about computers.Let us know if it helps in anyway

Mine were actually corejacked, found abandoned and recovered. Happens all the time here in the city.
