I'm using a B-Quiet powersupply. REALLY Quiet !
Also the bigger a fan the less noise it will make.

zsarbomba, you are the rudest person. You take the time to write a post, but not to investigate. He cant be more specific than that, he gave you the model of the computer. Thanks for beeing useless
Now akhafaji regarding the computer issue, you have 2 options, 1 could be to get an extender for keyboard, mouse and monitor and put the computer on another room, if possible. The other one is to get a silent rack, is not cheap, but is very effective Hope that helps

1) Record some "silence"
2) Invert phase and add to tracks as needed 3) Profit

Water cooling kits will also tame fan noise in a PC.

Re: What is best way to cancel the PC NOISE?
water cooling def. helps... though as mentioned above cases with bigger fans are
much quieter... i have seen cases which have the rear panel up top and 3 rather hefty (at least 140mm} fans on the bottom shooting the air straight through the case and out the top... man i tell you, barely hear the damn thing at all.. at the end of the day, an enclosure is a great tool as well, ...just not a cheap one at that... i'm running an ANTEC water cooling solution, with ultra quiet german COUGAR VORTEX fans on push pull, they have done an incredible job of dropping my core temps by at least 10 deg., and i def. cant hear them.. my only issues right now are surrounding the front fans, they came with the case... so i'm probably gonna upgrade those down the line as well.. cooling is very important though, so my case runs 6 fans, one of 'em being 200mm on the side door, the rest are all 120mm, which is a bit of a pain..

Not sure if this is an option for you, but you could always locate the PC in the next room and just route the relevant cables through the wall. Head to Monoprice, buy a set of 15 foot cables (DVI/USB/Firewire/etc) and then enjoy your completely silent workspace.

Why did you even bother to type this? It's not always possible, but I agree that putting it in another room is the best way. When I built my studio I designed a machine room into it to hide the computer and the reel to reel machines. Other than that, if you're crafty enough, built a box lined with foam and put her in there, just leave enough space to it can still cool. Wont get rid of all the noise, but it will cut down on it.
