I did configure a Mac with as close to the same specs as possible, Apple has a very lame selection of hardware on their page, and the price came out at 6,000 + (almost identical specs).

The price I payed, 3,600, is far better.
Not to mention I don't like Mac.

As a matter of fact I can get a decent mic for the + 2,400 dollar difference.
