Control 24 Midi

Surely the Digi are missing an obvious and easy opportunity to enable us control 24 users to use the control 24 faders or pots to automate midi controller data.

If the software can translate volume changes transmitted by moving the faders in the mixer etc into midi data, why not enable the pots for controller data?

Maybe they could even do this as neatly as Logic 5 and the Logic control are supposed to - with easily assignable / automatically assigned parameters to pots?

go on digi - this must be quite an easy one to sort out
