Default Locked up Control 24!!!

Hi,

I got a Control 24 that won't reset itself when you restart it.
It stays lit up(all lights are at full blast). Any ideas on how to reset it? I can't do the utilities thing because all the buttons are locked up. Any ideas?
Digi?
Thanks.

It sounds to me like a hardware problem. You may want to call customer support to verify. If you're in the US, you can reach them at (650) 731-6100. If it is a hardware fault, they can advise you about the best way to deal with it.

Regards and good luck,
