Ok. Im going crazy with this. I have tried all the option listed on this post and nothing. Cant't believe that avid isnt doing enough effort to solve this common problem and they make it so difficult to contact them if you dont have an ASC. I'm going crazy now. I'm calling Avid to help me install PT and I've been waiting for >1hr. Really Avid? I guess they want me to have no other option than to buy an ASC so they could answer me in about a minute. Can't believe this is happening after paying $700 for a software that isn't even running yet.
