a few simple questions about 003 console

whats up?

so....just a few simple questions.....these are things i once knew how to do, but have simply forgot....which i think mite be due to early alzhimers setting in......

anyway, i have the 003 console....and i know there's a way to to make the faders the controls for any given plug in....i know its like, insert, then plug in, then "flip" or something like that....anyone know???

also, what is the console control to shuffle through the tracks?? cause there's only like 8 faders on the console...so lets say i wanted to shuffle through to like the 12th track....whats the way to do that on the console again??

(BTW...if anyone has any good video links of instruction vids for the console or anything like that, please feel free to pass it along......i've had the console for a minute now, but i dont feel like i'm utilizing it to its full potential at all....definatley open to learn some new tricks..!)

To go through the tracks, hit the "bank" button, and then the right or left arrows. I don't remember about the other stuff.
