Support Plan Renewal lapsed by one day, does not accept the code
Hello, I waited one day too long....Bought Support Plan renewal from Thomann, but the Avid account does not want to accept the code. Plan ended Dec 04,2020 - Can anyone from support help with this please? It's just a day off the grace period...
