Best way to batch convert 24-16 bit

What is the best way to batch convert from 24bit to 16bit 44.1 wav files.

Thanks as always guys. Drew dragging the 24 bit files into a new 16 bit session does the same thing. Yes ?

Also I read years ago that Best was better than Tweekhead, is just internet silliness ?

Yeah, but I'd make a 24 bit session then Export from there.

I remember hearing something similar but have never tested it myself. I always just use Tweakhead anyway.
