Default Plugs you don't use anymore

Thought this could be fun and enlightening.
For whatever reasons there are a number of plugs that I have purchased excitedly that I just never seem to use anymore. Perhaps I have bought newer plugs that have replaced them in my workflow or perhaps I never discovered what they are great at.

The idea of the thread is to list the plugs that you don't use anymore in the hope that another user will tell you what you're missing out on.

For example I don't use the 1975 URS comp plug at all.
Perhaps this plug is someone's secret weapon in particular situations and they could let me know.

When you're really busy there isn't a lot of time to experiment and I tend to go to my old regular tools.
Perhaps we all have some gems collecting dust in our plugins folder.

The plugs I don't use are:
MCDSP Chrometone
Eventide Anthology....apart from the Reverb
Pultec eq's
Strike
URS 70/75/80 Comps
Air plugs....none except Boom.

Am I overlooking any gems here?
I invite others to list their unused plugs.

Yeah I reckon Boom is very useable on its own or as a sub loop.
I thought I wouldn't get much use out of it because I always reach for RMX and more recently BPM but there is something really unique and solid about Boom.
It usually survives to the final mix.
Perhaps I like it because it can give an ambiguous flavor and not push the track in any one direction.

Well I have had all those except MDT.
That was some time ago!

Obsolescence is cruel.

I guess I was thinking about plugs that I spent a lot of money on and have just not been that into. Even after going nuts over the demos.
Work habits change and I am fickle.

I have already had two tracks leave my studio that used Boom. One of those tracks are getting local radio play on a daily rotation. Boom is so basic and simple, but I guess that is what made it work so well in these situations. I love the ability to tweak the sounds by adjusting the screws. I'll use Boom to sweeten Kick Drums for that extra low bottom.

The other VI from Air that comes with Pro Tools that I am completely thrilled about is the DB-33. I have had at least 3-4 songs leave the studio that have used that plug-in. That is my favorite new plug-in in Pro Tools 8. I haven't even had a chance to run other things through the Leslie yet.

As far as plug-ins I don't use. I have yet to really find use for the Focusrite Red plug-ins that come with Pro Tools. I am trying to get myself to use more of the compressors. I have a tendency to just stick with the Renaissance Comp and an occasional BF76 (which I love and others hate...but oh well).

Yes, I was being facetious. I guess I'm still a little sore about the obsolescence thing.

Interestingly, the very first plug-in I ever bought, Q10 by Waves via Rockwell Digital, is still alive and well.

Yeah that plug stood the test of time.
As did the C1 comp and gate that I still use to this day.
