Default Who is going to be eligible to get free PT 6.0 upgrade?

I don't know about 001's but I went to a Digi seminar in November, I was told by a Digi rep that anyone who buys a Digi 002 after Oct. 1, 2002 will get a FREE upgrade to PT 6. The day after the seminar I had the dealer confirm this for me when I placed my order for a 002.

Great - so those of us who purchased the VERY first Digi 002's (the first ones shipped the very last week of September - I think I got mine on the 28th or 29th) DON'T qualify?

Ah heck - what am I complaining about? It's not all THAT much money - I heard it's like $75 or so for the upgrade.

Phil,

I hope we both get the FREE upgrade. Actually I would think that anybody who bought an 002 would get a free upgrade, but I'm just relaying what I was told by the Digi rep. I have read on some other posts where other people who attended a Digi seminar were told something different...

We'll just have to wait and see.

Chuck

So if I'm hearing right, PC users will be able to get PT 6.0 at the same release time as Mac users, or will we have to wait a little wile?

I still wondering if by mid 2003 we will get the free update still...
