Pro Tools HD 10 Installation

Hi My name is james. I m new here. I have a question: I m having some problem to open my pro tools 10 HD. I got pro tools 10 HD and 11 HD. The pro tools 12 HD is working fine. but wen I try to open the pro tools 10 HD it's saying some plugins I did install before is not loading and saying to me to delete does. But wen I try to delete I can't find the plugins where is suppose to be. How I delete the pro tools 10 HD and install again? If I delete the Protools 10 HD I will delete all the files on the pro tools 11 HD? How I uninstall and install ? can you help me please. Thank you!

On Yosemite and Mavericks the ProTools 10 uninstaller does not work and needs to be manually uninstalled. There are detailed instructions in the ProTools Knowledgebase. PT 10 is not supported on Mavericks or Yosemite either, though some have had success running 10.3.9 on Mavericks. Don't know about Yosemite.
