Relink Window Names are Blank

Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere???

I'm trying to get some old files to transfer over to PT12. They are probably v5 or v6. I've been successful with a few sessions...others have just crashed. These are so close.

I have an old mac running PT 10 and can open the session but all the files are missing. The audio files folder has the file inside but PT10 can't automatically find and relink it. When I try to manually relink it, the browser is completely blank on all the names. I can't see anything!! What am I missing?

Before I've relinked the files and then "save copy in" converting everything up to wav. After that, they typically open fine on my current rig. How do I get the names to come back so I can relink the files??
