I saw the same thing too. I booked for the event. I'll never make it being in Australia, but I'm banking on them sending me that Live Stream link.

I too recognised some of those icons. If I had to guess, they are making like a Neutron/Ozone style channel strip plugin aimed at post production. So I imagine there will be the dialogue and noise management, reverb and ambience management tools from RX, combined with EQ, compression, limiting and most likely some kind of Dialog Assistant.

This is just an educated guess though, but it's what I'd do.

I'm not really complaining about that, as long as we're the winners in the end. Although I do sense we get played just a little. You can only expect that in a capitalist driven society though.
