Your license shows a 2/21/2017 expiration here.
  1. What are you seeing for expiration in iLok License Manager?
  2. Does Pro Tools launch?
  3. What version of PT?

1. In ilok manager I am seeing expiration date 1/21 1 of 1 activations used
2. Protools does not launch it asks to activate ilok
3. I believe the latest just downloaded it in December.

It's showing Stop Date Tue Feb 21 2017 here. Can you right+click > Refresh on that license (in iLok License Manager)?

Now it shows active and not expired. However it is telling me that its being used in locations that are not connected. This is the only system I have run the ilok on.

having the same problem!

There was a problem with my renewal, updated my card info... still no renewal! Cant use pro tools!

I have renewed my billing information and somehow my ilok license manager did not recognise my educational subscription as valid.

Please help

Hi,
being faced with another issue again. Started up pro tools today, and it told me to go renew my license. My subscription is paid and active, once agin, not sure why it's doing this! pro tools opened today, but seems to be saying tomorrow (the 21st) it will expire. In the middle of an important project cannot afford any downtime. Thanks!
