Embedding Loops in audio sample for import to sampler
Is there a way to put embedded loops into an audio clip for import into a sampler. In this case I want to take a sample, create an embedded loop, and then import it into Omnisphere to create a sound. I can't see a way to do that with Pro Tools. If PT can't do it, is there some easy to use 3rd party software that can do it?
Unfortunately, Omnisphere doesn't have any way to edit the raw sample...a real limitation on their part to be sure. I know I can set loop points in Structure, but I don't think the wave files can be exported with the embedded loop points intact for use elsewhere. Thoughts? Suggestions? Anyone? Thanks
