Default PT11/iLok License Surrender Problem

iLok is wanting me to surrender the license for PT10+9 bundle to exchange it for a PT11+10 bundle, but every time I try, I get the same old error message.

My license for PT10+9 bundle is still in my account, just greyed out. I'm pretty sure this is because half way through surrender, the iLok License Manager froze up and eventually had to force quit it.

Contacted iLok but still no reply.

This happening to anyone else? :/

i think we all did not put our hands up to surrender ... that why it grey out .... maybe we should spread our legs too....

Yes, welcome to the club, I have temporarily gotten around the issue by getting a Trial License.....

Yes. Pt10 hd worked for a while. While continuing to try to get pt11 to activate have now lost pt10 license. It shows up in my account however somehow moved from my ilok.

i guess there´s no support yet because of this:

I feel bad for you guys; glad I pre-ordered before the new iLok crapware came out. Hope Avid gets you guys sorted soon.

Just got an email from iLok but only saying that my problem has been recognised. We'll see how long it takes for them to get back to me.

I had problems activating iLok after surrender my v10. I went over to a friend and tried it on Windows 8 64-bit and it works great...
