Just upgraded my computer to Lion

I've tried three times, every time I download the Pro Tools 10 installer for mac it tells me the dmg is corrupt. When I skip validation and open the installer it gets to the point where it's about to install and then tells me their is nothing to install.

Really growing tired with Pro Tools never at any given point, working 100%. There seems to be ALWAYS something.

I just downloaded the full installer... Update... And virtual instruments installer yesterday and they all installed 100% first try

Did you do a clean install of Lion or update?

Reason I ask is on the Apple site many are having lots of issues installing over a previous version of OS X

I did a clean install. I repaired permissions and am currently downloading again from the studio at work at's network. Hopefully it works. I used the latest safari update, maybe that has something to do with it?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Everyone's downloading the same file, so it's not the file itself.

Are you using the Download Manager or doing a straight download?

Wired or wireless internet connection?

Any other details you can share?

I'm having the exact same issue - downloaded Pro Tools 10, never had it before. My system is Lion. When I double-click the installer file it just says 'file not recognised'.

I hate paying for software that doesn't work - took me 3 attempts to even get the download to complete...

Advice please?

I also had the same corrupt file. Can I have a link pt 10 download also?
