Default ASC code issue

LOL,

I try to use my complimentary code.
I write a lengthy description of my problem, fill in all the forms, attach a file and click next, then get "Error: Error occurred while loading a Visualforce page. "

Hit back and all is gone.
Nice support......

Any comments from Avid on this?

Did you ever get this worked out?

I'm having the exact same issue ... here in 2/21/2014

I feel like I'm in a catch 22

Hi Michael

The advice I got is try another web browser. Clear the cache of the web browser and if that doesn't work can you try on a different computer? Sometimes certain browsers and or computer settings stops this from working correctly.

Tried it a few hours later ... with out the screen shop ... and it worked!

wow. I'm having the same issue others have had. I fill out the ASC form, click "Next" and bam: error code. Very frustrating. It's happened three times now - Twice on Firefox, once on Safari.
All I want is to know is why Avid is not taking my HD 9 license and swapping it out for my PT HD 11/10 license.
grrr.
will continue poking around the forum hopefully finding some help. sorry for the vent.

I've asked Avid CS to look into the issues you are having.
