Default Fatal Error Message

I don't know if anybody else has had this problem or not but I could use some help. I came home last night to my PC turning itself on and right off. I never turn my computer off, first off and before I could fully read the blue screen error it would cycle through shutting down and starting up again. I was finally able to get it into safe mode and run a virus scan to see if that was the issue. During the scan I got several error messages that read Digidesign Driver Loader " A Fatal Error Occured A call was placed to missing export_IODriverInit@0. Return Address:10001DA5"

I was able to get the computer to stop shutting itself on and off but I am not sure what the problem is.

I am running Windows XP Pro on a Dell 4600

This is the first time I have ever had this problem can anybody help me?

Indeed!!! XP is dead. Bury the old machine(save your recording drive) and come into the 21st century(stick the old drive in a USB drive case and move them onto a new drive.
