Stuck at PT 12 Activation

Hi, I've been trying to get PT 12 (for MBox Pro) reinstalled after a clean OS install and I have been unable to get past activation. I'm on Windows 10, using an iLok 2nd Generation and I've attempted to install 12.8.3, 12.5.2, and 12.2 with no success. Each time, it installs just fine but I can't get past the Activation screen. I have activated licenses for PT 12, 11, 10, & 2016. I've used the installer files from "my products" for 12.5.2, the installer from software center for 12.8.3 and an old installer I saved on my HDD for 12.2. iLok License Manager works just fine and shows all my licenses on the iLok device, synchronized with my iLok account, and I can activate and deactivate the licenses without trouble. I've tried reinstalling 10+ times now and I'd really appreciate any insights the Avid community might have. Thanks!
