MJPEG video to LCD HDTV via BMD Intensity Pro

I'm unable to play MJPEG videos on my Samsung LCD HDTV using my Blackmagic Design Intensity Pro card. The video plays back in Pro Tools on my Samsung computer monitors, but I just get a black screen when I send it out PCIe. Once I export the MJPEGs as DV I can play them no problem.

Is this a known Intensity Pro issue, a Samsung LCD HDTV issue, or is there something fishy with the MJPEGs?

I had a similar issue with using the Intensity Pro on a projector. Turns out the projector couldn't display the resolution of the video. Even though the projector can display 1080i it wouldn't display the 1920x1080 pic. I exported the video from 1920x1080 to 1280x720 in quicktime pro and then it worked fine.

Might want to export a minute of the video at a lower resolution as a test.
