Change automation lane view for multiple tracks.

I searched the help guide and DUC, maybe I'm missing it.

Is it possible to change multiple tracks view of what is in the automation lane? For example if I open the lane on a group of tracks it opens as volume. Let's say I want to see Send A on all tracks. Is there a way to change a dozen or so tracks to that view at once? I can only change them one at a time now.

Hi,

Go to modify groups and look at attributes and global settings. tick what you need in the attributes or tick in the globals if you've got follow globals selected.

Or if the tracks are not in a group then select the tracks, hold down cmmd-cntrl, and scroll with your left and right arrows .. SB

Unless I'm doing it wrong that changes it on the track itself which helps achieve what I want to accomplish.

I was curious though if it was possible to change it for multiple tracks from one automation parameter to another in the separate automation lane that you can open under each track in PT8.

Make sure the tracks you want to affect are selected, then hold down option shift and change to the automation view that you want in one of the selected; all the others should follow.. sb
