Default Error 2753. The File 'pro tools user setup.exe' is not marked for installation.

Hi,
I'm trying to install Pro Tools 11.3.2 on my windows PC, it's an 8 core machine with the i7-4790S CPU running a 64 bit version of Windows 8.1. I've tried loading from the disks and loading from the DL version to no avail, I've searched the APAC and Knowledge Base and found a few references regarding other versions or Win 7 , pt 12 ETC.
The error is as follows:
Error 2753. The File 'pro tools user setup.exe' is not marked for installation.
I've turned off Anti Virus and my Firewall to try another install but, the same error comes up.
Avid account is activated as well as the iLok, all licenses are transferred to the iLok. Must be something simple. No doubt I've fat-fingered something, again?
Welcome any thoughts out there,
Regards
snake

Many thanks, Benoni

I have the Perpetual License for PT 11. I'm now able to install 10.3 and everything is working properly. I only had the install issue with Pro Tools. I should be able to download the upgrades and plugins without a problem. Little bit of a learning curve with the new versions of PT but, worth the effort. Thanks again, I'm happy to be on this Forum!

I'm getting this same error and the link in this thread did not help. I even ran the the protoolsusersetup.exe as an Administrator and it still failed to intall 11.3.2 on my Windows 8.1 machine. Any other ideas?
