Default notes cutting out only well recording....

This is driving me nuts. when recording midi notes the whole sample doesnt play its like some of the keys trigger when their coming back up and then cut off when the key is no longer pressed. this is only when actually pushing the keys when you play back the recorded midi notes the samples play fine.

Im sure this is just a midi option checked somewhere but i cant take it anymore haha.
