HD 2 (non-accel) Max track count is 96?

Hello, I have a HD 2 (non-accel) running PT 6.9 on a Dual Proc. G5 with (1) 192 with the expansion card. I am maxing out on tracks. I can only get 96 tracks at 48k. The literature states that I can achieve 128 tracks at 44.1 and 48K. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? My Hardware set-up does not give me a choice to go to 128 tracks. Has anyone experienced this?

Are you running out of tracks or voices? Try Settings->Playback Engine->Number of Voices when you have the session open. It will use up more DSP.

Hello, I am running out of tracks. Its says that I do not have enough dsp so one or more tracks will be made inactive.
I do not see a choice in my Hardware setup, to choose 128 tracks.
Still kinda confused.
