Intel Mac, Plugins not showing up Help Me Please!!

I'm running the latest version of ProTools m-powered 7.1.whatever on an intel based macbook with a firewire 410.

I've downloaded all applicable updates, drivers, etc. Everything works perfectly fine and I can see all of my plugins in the folder on my harddrive, but I can only see about 1/3 of the plugins while using protools. Only a few basic plugins are available in the plugin's menu and inserts.

I can't find flanger, deesser, etc, etc.

Is there a fix to this, does anybody else have this problem, please help.

Download 7.1.1 for mac intel and you should be ok

If you're running 7.1, then it runs under Rosetta (supposedly). This is not a good thing. If you're running 7.1.1, then you're running a Universal Binary (runs on Mactels). If you're running 7.1.1, you also have to update all of your plug-ins to Universal Binary versions as well.

GRM-Tools and Spectrasonic's Atmosphere are 2 sets of plug-ins that I use that do not have Intel versions.
