Can I use commands focus editing in an LE system?

Is the 24 track limit for voices (disk-tracks) or virtual tracks, or both?

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">The limit is for both, which is kinda stupid IMO. You can use multiple playlists on the same tracks, but you don't have voices in PTLE, so no virtual tracks.
