Support Case in Queue for 11 Days!? HELP!
Hi Guys
Hope someone can help. I opened a support ticket on the 16th March and Support Centre is still just saying "Case In Queue". It's quite urgent and I can't believe it should take this long to answer? Thanks in advance for any info you can share Tommy |
