Default Loop Markers not saved

Q - Why are Loop Markers created in the SampleCell Editor not saved?

A - Loop Markers are stored in a resource within the sound file, and AIFF (Audio Interchange File Format) files created by some applications do not have this resource. A workaround is to convert the sound file(s) from AIFF to Sound Designer II with a program like Pro Tools or Sound Designer.
