Default S3 only banks to last track of group Bug or "Feature"

I'm working on a session in which I use edit groups. (M-S tracks).
I use link Track and Edit selection.
So if I select a track group, both tracks are selected in the edit window, but S3 only banks to the last track of the group (S in my case).
what's the reason behind this? or is it a bug?

same behaviour on artist mix.
