Hi Eddie,
I have 18.3 on my MacBook pro and when I put studio one into the Eucon Preference Tab and than close window the notification that EUCON needs to be restarted pops up. Then mac asks for admin password and the computer restarts. On my mac pro using 2019.5 EUCON I do all the same steps but Eucon App doesn't restart after admin password. Neither does the computer. Also in Audio MIDI set up Eucon will have the device is online tab unchecked and greyed out.
